Jim Rumbaugh
Jim Rumbaugh is the President of The Meritage Group in Pittsburgh, PA. He has been a vital part of the company for over 35 years. Named the 2003 Builder of the Year by 12,200 employer-member Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA). Selected for this highest honor given by the PBA, the award based upon his contributions to Pennsylvania building industry, including his leadership in the PBA, involvement in his local and national chapters and his participation in community affairs.

Stuart Rulnick
Vice President of Land Development, Stuart Rulnick started with The Meritage Group in 1986 and has worked every phase of the business. Stuart combines his in-depth knowledge of land development, DEP codes and hands-on skill together to finish quality projects on time. Durings his 20 plus career, Stuart has developed sites in more than 35 townships and municipalities in the Pittsburgh and tri-state area, completing over 100 commercial, industrial and upscale residential projects. He enjoys playing softball, golf, basketball and coaching varsity hockey.

Jill Allan
Jill Allan is the Vice President for the Meritage Group and joined The Meritage Group in 2002. She joined The Meritage Group after working in municipal government with the Municipality of Murrysville for 26 years. She oversees finance, marketing, land development and operations of the firm.

Shawn Hofmeister
Shawn Hofmeister is the Chief Financial Officer for The Meritage Group and joined the company in June of 2007. Shawn started his career in public accounting in 1997 at Henry Rossi & Company, gaining the majority of his experience from focusing on the construction and real estate industries, in the areas of auditing, financial statement reporting, and taxation. While not at work, Shawn enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ashley, and three daughters, Haley, Avery, and Lyla, coaching his daughters' softball & soccer teams, and riding his motorcycle.

Marcia Gill
Focusing her career in the accounting and building field, Marcia Gill has worked in a variety of roles in diverse settings. She has worked in the accounting field for 11 years, ran a sales office in Philadelphia, and the building field for more than 5 years and has been with The Meritage Group since February of 2002. Her background was perfect for her current role as Closing Administrator for single-family lots, Accounts Payable and Homeowners Association Coordinator. Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and her daughter, Rachael.

Robert R. Bednar
Chief of Survey at The Meritage Group, Robert R. Bednar is a Professional Land Surveyor and brings over 20 years of surveying experience. Bob has been involved in all aspects of land development from design and presention of conceptual plans through final approval, construction and lot closing. Having utilized the latest in survey technology, he also brings a new approach to methods of design and field surveying, increasing proficiency and accuracy in both. Bob spends his leisure time golfing, coaching football for the Elizabeth Forward A.A. and camping with his wife, Debbie, and children, Jonathan, Ashley and Ryan.

Paul Witkovitz
Paul joined The Meritage Group team in November 2007 as Land Acquisition Manager. He has an extensive background in land acquisition and sales having worked at Dollar Bank, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services,and Tennessee Development Partners. He has a BBA from William and Mary College and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Paul and his wife Lisa have been married for 26 years and have 3 children: Brian, Megan and Alexis.

Mark Pisone
Mark Pisone has worked in the building industry for more than 26 years as Construction Superintendent for Pisone Construction, Building Inspector and Zoning Officer for The Municipality of Murrysville, and currently with the Meritage Group as Construction Manager. He has a BFA in Art from Edinboro State College. He holds a certification as a Sewage Enforcement Officer through the State of Pennsylvania. One of his biggest challenges is keeping up with his three teenage children's, Megan, Philip and Michael, activities with his wife Barbara. He is an avid gardener and enjoys spending time with his friends.

Joseph Brusco
Joseph Brusco joined the Meritage Group as Construction Superintendent in 1999. Joseph comes from a supervisor background previously working as a Foreman for a fabricating plant. Joseph's interests include hunting, fishing, camping and yard work. He lives with his wife Desiree and 4 children, Robert, Jessica, Amanda and Joseph.

Linda Rumbaugh
Life-long resident of Allegheny County, Linda Rumbaugh, enjoys the area’s close proximity to such a wide variety of activities and her family. She has an extensive background in accounts and property management. Linda is the Property Manager of Pine Valley Associates, BJB Property and Kristy Court Apartments. She is currently the Closing Administrator for the Meritage Group for all Condos. She spends her free time enjoying golf, bridge and spending time with her grandchildren, Alexis,Devin and Cooper.
